Hope you’ve all been ok. Lot’s of you are new to the newsletter so welcome and thank u for signing up!

Well…. we’ve been realllllly busy, so yes this newsletter’s out late, We’ve got quite a few new stockists, (check them out @ http://marmalade-ho.co.uk/blog.htm to find out who they are. There’s also an extra special treat for you guys ONLY!

As you can see we've been busy trying out new sweats and tees, we've also got a retro heather grey t-shirt coming soon.

We've been escaping out of HQ a fair bit recently, Dirty Fashion Sale in Brighton, Margin Tradeshow etc.

The second Dirty Fashion Sale in June was wicked, we saw lot’s of cool stuff from independent labels. We met Emma Ferguson and fell in love with her amazing appliquéd purses completely made by her! so we decided to sell them on the site.

We came back from Margin London in August, our 2nd tradeshow and were pretty chuffed from the response, hence new stockists!

We were invited to the re-opening of Superette near Brick Lane which we’re hoping to wholesale to, I’d never been there before but there is some seriously cute stuff, be warned! Sadly we missed the champagne :C

Since the last newsletter we were featured in The Brighton Source and 69 magazine and we’ve found a little company to take on the majority of our printing, hooray!

We love screen printing the pieces our selves but things were getting v. tricky and time consuming.
If you read the latest blog on the site or Myspace you’ll realise how primitive our printing set up was! I was getting a bit paranoid about having a permanent groove developing across the top of my head!

For those of you who have supported Marmalade Ho for a while, you’ll notice our prices on the site have gone up. Please don’t think we’re being greedy, partly it’s because we’ve had discussions with stockists who are concerned that we’ll be under cutting them on the site.
Also we’ve always tried to keep our prices down but our expenses have gone up what with our new printer etc. The new prices will be no more than our stockists taking into consideration postage and packaging.

But here's a treat for you all...

On the site’s homepage at the mo, we have a special FREE bag on offer which you get when you buy two of our items together * BUT as an extra special treat, Marmalade Ho Mailing List Members can buy stuff at the old prices (sweats £27 and t-shirts £17) and still receive the bag!!!! We’re taking part in a CHARITY FASHION SHOW in HYTHE KENT held on Sunday 23rd September at the Hotel Imperial from 6pm. The show is promising to be a wicked night out and will showcase the latest men's and women's fashions as well as raising money for Pilgrims Hospices in Kent.

The fashion show will feature catwalk shows from high street stores, local boutiques and hot new designers. There will be a DJ and a special musical performance from Realm 79. There will also be a bar and a number of stalls from local boutiques and designers including Marmalade Ho.
